From my first inquiry about renting a locker for storage needs during a move from Calgary to Canmore, I found Ivy and Jenn to be extremely helpful. From offering promotional rental prices to finding the most suitable locker size to meet my needs, they were fast and efficient. Billing and paying my monthly invoice were a breeze.
The heated locker came with access to 2 large flatbed dolleys and secure access to the building.
If you are thinking about renting a locker, you can expect excellent customer service and facilities from SMARTSTOP. After 4 months of renting space from them, I know how well this team meets customers’ needs.

I arrived at the office today to rent a unit and Ivy made the process very easy. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant and took the time to find the right unit for me. The facility is accessible and easy to use.

I rented a unit in person at the location and the desk people were very helpful. They were aLao cognizant of getting my details and unit approved promptly knowing units could and are also being reserved online. All the terms were made clear and access details. A very good experience.
