Jenn the manager was very helpful and informative and answer all my questions. The location is right next to the bus stop which is very convenient. The whole place is very safe and secure. It’s gated with cameras and you need a key code to access the buildings. The units are good sizes and temperature controlled.

From my first inquiry about renting a locker for storage needs during a move from Calgary to Canmore, I found Ivy and Jenn to be extremely helpful. From offering promotional rental prices to finding the most suitable locker size to meet my needs, they were fast and efficient. Billing and paying my monthly invoice were a breeze.
The heated locker came with access to 2 large flatbed dolleys and secure access to the building.
If you are thinking about renting a locker, you can expect excellent customer service and facilities from SMARTSTOP. After 4 months of renting space from them, I know how well this team meets customers’ needs.
